The venue caters for a variety of event types, notably in-room auction events, training events, seminars and other professional meetings. The event venue for hire consists of four distinct spaces being the main auction room, the entry foyer and two smaller deal rooms which are perfect for signing contracts or post-auction negotiation. The seating capacity of the main auditorium is 45 seated and an additional 20 standing. The venue is fully air-conditioned and has a flat screen tv for powerpoint or video presentations and wifi connectivity.

Our venue is closely linked to the Eastern suburbs real estate community being available for all real estate brands to use to conduct in-room real estate auctions.
