CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All hires must be paid for at the time of booking. 

  • Bookings may be cancelled within 72hrs of making the booking with a full refund.

  • Cancelations more than 72hrs after making the booking forfeit the full booking fee.

  • For non auction events, rescheduling the booking is permitted without additional charge up till 14 days prior to the event.

  • Reschedules less than 14 days prior to the event forfeit the booking fee.

  • For auction events, rescheduling the booking more than 72hrs after making the booking will result in forfeit of the booking fee.

 

COVID POLICY

  • At the current time our venue may be limited in capacity per current health orders. Please check with us re current capacity.

  • All attendees must sign in using the QR code upon entry.

  • Only double vaccinated attendees are permitted currently per NSW Health Orders.

  • Masks are recommended but not mandatory.
