Sydney auction clearance rates remain sold

Continuing the trend in recent weeks, the Sydney auction clearance rate once again remained solid this weekend at 62% according to Core Logic figures. 388 auctions were scheduled with 259 results reported. This comes on the back of several weeks of equally strong or better clearance rates proving the Sydney housing market remains resilient despite the recent public health crisis and associated economic forecasts. With lockdown restrictions on auctions now lifted, in-room and on-site auctions are back in business.
