Service Description

In-room auction events include usage of the space, usage of the audio visual display equipment (BYO powerpoint presentation), 44 x chairs, contract signing rooms, bathroom facilities plus one staff is provided on site to support your event.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY All hires must be paid for at the time of booking and be booked via this website. Bookings may be cancelled within 72hrs of making the booking for a full refund. Bookings may then be cancelled up till 14 days prior to the event with a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 14 days prior to the event will forfeit the booking fee. Rescheduling the booking is permitted without additional charge up till 14 days prior to the event. Rescheduling the booking less than 14 days prior to the event will incur a 50% additional charge to reschedule the event.
